A full groundworks package of approximately 300 plots with construction of roads & accompanying footpaths with drainage to and adoptable standard up to 3m deep. EMG also worked on the lining of attenuation pond and completion of drainage accompanied by a hoggin footpath to the perimeter of the pond.
